Maxwell Johnson Obituary, Motorcyclist Killed in Crash Involving Truck

Maxwell Johnson Obituary, Death Cause – The identify of a deceased motorcyclist who was discovered to have been engaged in an accident on March 29 has been made public by the El Paso County Coroner’s Office. The accident occurred on March 29. After receiving reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and a truck in the vicinity on March 29, law enforcement officials were dispatched to the intersection of Tutt Boulevard and Barnes Road in order to investigate the scene of the accident.

The information that was provided by the Colorado Springs Police Department indicates that the motorcyclist was transported to a hospital following the incident; however, they did not survive their injuries and passed away as a result of the collision. (CSPD). The El Paso County Coroner’s Office was able to definitively identify the biker who was killed in the collision as Maxwell Johnson. Johnson was 22 years old and was from Colorado Springs. The Coroner’s Office was able to make this identification.

There have not been any charges brought forward at this time because the investigation into this situation is not yet complete. It is not thought that alcohol consumption played a role in the accident; nonetheless, the CSPD is continuing to investigate the potential that speed played a role in the incident. The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reports that Johnson’s passing makes him the 14th person to lose their life as a result of a traffic-related event in the year 2023. During the same time period in 2023, the city was the setting for six different car accidents that resulted in fatalities across the board. In the previous year, there were sixty-four people who lost their lives as a result of being involved in motor vehicle accidents in Colorado Springs.
