Louis Nowak Obituary, Death Cause – Louis John Nowak II, age 54, of Palmyra, Wisconsin, fought a courageous struggle against cancer until his death on March 1. 19, 2023. John and Bonnie Nowak welcomed their son Louis into the world on July 2, 1968 in the town of Hinsdale, Illinois. Louis worked for MediCare Ambulance for 25 years as a Children’s Hospital Critical Care Transporter. After that, he began working for Lakeland Coach Lines as a School Bus Driver, which enabled him to launch his own business, Ooie’s Paint & Tile, which specialises in handyman work.
Mary Nowak is an uncle to Adam (Myra), who is married to Allen Cartwright, and she lives in Romeoville, Illinois. to Kimberly (Brent) Hoffeld, Amber (Mike) Ringley, Annalise and Aislinn Cartwright, as well as many other beloved extended family members and friends. He was also a great uncle to Landon, Ayden, and Nathaniel Hoffeld. In addition to his parents, Louis was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, his favourite uncle Stephen, and his paternal grandfathers-in-law, Richard Cartwright and Richard Meindel.
When Louie was ‘Up North’, his favourite place to be, you could find him at the dinner table with his children and friends, sipping coffee or a jack and coke in his hand. There was never a time when Louie wasn’t there to lend a helping hand or have a stimulating chat. Louis is survived by his wife Sara, his parents John and Bonnie Nowak of Palmyra, his father and mother-in-law Randal and Patricia Cartwright, father to Stephen (Abby).
Jennifer Miller, originally from Hartland, Wisconsin, was Louis’s first spouse. Later, in 2017, he tied the knot with Sara Cartwright, who was originally from Palmyra, Wisconsin. The things that Louie enjoyed most in life were spending time with his friends and family, tinkering on engines and motors, travelling to swap meets, camping, and listening to classic rock music.
