Kathy Fox Obituary, Death Cause – It has been reported that a female driver of an SUV that was involved in an accident with two other vehicles in Ithaca passed away on Thursday while she was being treated at the Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse for injuries incurred in the incident. Her passing occurred while she was being treated for the injuries she sustained in the collision at the Upstate University Hospital. She stated that none of the people who were inside the Honda Fit at the time of the accident ended up getting hurt as a result of the collision.
