Bobby Smith Obituary, Death Cause – Bobby Smith has passed away; his life has come to an end. On April 9th, 2023, Frieda Smith’s husband, Bobby Hampton Smith, passed away at Baptist Health Lexington after a long and happy life. He had reached the age of 84. He was born in Versailles, Kentucky, on October 13, 1938, to the late Marion D. Smith and Velma Brown Smith. Both of his parents have since passed away. Both of his parents had passed away at this point.

After receiving his diploma from Versailles High School in 1956, he enlisted in the United States Army and served there for the subsequent six years. Smith was a member of the local Redcar club until Chelsea snatched him up and moved him to London when he was 16 years old. By the time he was 17, Chelsea had turned him into a full-fledged professional for the club. Smith was born in the town of Lingdale, which can be found in close proximity to Middlesbrough. Because of his impressive start with them (48 First Division games and 18 goals in his first two seasons).
