Robert Assaly Obituary, Death Cause – The passing of our priest, Fr. Robert Assely, who died away on March 26, 2023 after a brief battle with illness, is something that comes with a great degree of sadness on our end. Fr. Robert Assely passed away after a struggle with disease for only a short while. Fr. Robert Assely fought a disease for for a little period of time before he lost his battle with it and passed away.
We are so sorry for your loss. Everyone in his family and circle of friends had an intense affection for him. We are truly sorry for the loss that has been inflicted upon you. We ask that you join us in praying for them alongside the congregations of St. Willibrord and St. Thomas More, and we ask that you join us in praying for them together with us.
Fr. Robert Asseley fought a short but valiant struggle against cancer until he ultimately lost his fight against the sickness. Our deepest condolences go out to his adored mother Gloria, as well as to his wife Nancy, their six children Kristi, Ben, Justin, Bishara, and Janan, and Fedi, his grandchildren Matthew, Henry, and Anna, and all of his other loved ones.
Because of the undeniable zeal with which he pursued the dissemination of the Gospel in the city of Verdun and the profound dedication with which he embraced the task of missionary service, Fr. Robert will be remembered for all eternity. This is due to the fact that he worked as a missionary.
Everyone will express their sorrow at his departure in their own particular way.
