At the time of her departure, she had 71 years under her belt as a human being. Rita came into this world on August 6th, 1951, and the city of Bradley, which is located in the state of Illinois, is where she made her debut.

Her parents, Robert Cook and Joy (Gaither) Cook, had already passed away before she was even born, thus she was raised by her grandparents. Robert was her father’s name, and Joy was her mother’s name when she was born. She was a devout follower of God and visited the McKinley Avenue Baptist Church in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on a regular basis. She was a member of the church’s congregation.

Pennsylvania, where the church can be found, is the location of the building. Rita is survived by a son: Michael Cripe, two daughters: Shelly (Shawn) Sivels, Misty (Robert) Basham, a brother: Bill Cook, grandchildren: Darrick Reeder, Eric Reeder, Jessica Houser, Alisha Cripe, Devin Reeder, Austin Fitzgerald, great grandchildren: Tynlee Reeder, Kolten Reeder, Zeeden Cripe, McKinley Reeder, Zaine Houser, Zander Cripe, Gracelyn Couch, Kade Houser, Paisley Reeder and two nephews: Jonathan and Brandon Cook. Her final wishes included having a private cremation with no public services, and those are the preparations that will be carried out in accordance with her instructions.

She had requested that her body be cremated after she passed away. Her body will be cremated, and the ashes will be dispersed in various locations. The last thing she wanted her loved ones to know was that she wanted to be cremated once she passed away.
