Jeff Snowe Obituary, Death Cause – Jeff Snow was born and raised in the city of Boulder, and he obtained his high school graduation and completed his education at the University of Colorado, all of which are located in the same city that he was born in. Because he was awarded a degree from both schools, he is seen as having completed his studies at both of them.
